CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Finance Act, 1983 (Assented to June 21, 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Finance Amendment Act, 1988. S.S. 1983, c.D-15.1,

section amended Clause 33(3)(

b) of The Department of Finance Act, 1983 is amended by adding “that is not
