Temporary annual indexing factor

1 For the purpose of subsection 48(2) of The Workers Compensation Act , the annual indexing factor for 2023 is 1.0944326.

Temporary biennial indexing factor

2 For the purpose of subsection 48(6) of The Workers Compensation Act , the biennial indexing factor for 2023 is 1.1261783.

Coming into force

3 This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2023, or on the day it is registered under The Statutes and Regulations Act , whichever is later.
