OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated November 8, 2001, and pursuant to

Article 3 of the Trust Agreement dated December 23, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as authorized by Order in Council 85-1054 dated September 26, 1985, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation of Reinhold M. Endres, Q.C., as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund and rescind his appointment; and (

b) appoint Gregory Lusk, Executive Director, Government Services, Department of Transportation and Public Works, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, effective November 1, 2001, on the terms and conditions of the "Trust Agreement".
