Order in Council 1533/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21 (2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 326/2022 dated February 17, 2022, reappointing Thomas Kuttner of Tecumseh as part-time member of the Public Service Grievance Board be revoked, effective October 2, 2024.
