OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 13, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective November 15, 2022, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the governments of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to provide for the joint procurement, storage, and distribution of Heptavalent Botulinum Antitoxin (BAT) and Diphtheria Antitoxin (DAT), substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and any extensions thereof, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
