Part II of the Workers' Compensation Act from 9:00 a.m., Monday December 1, 2008 until 5:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008 and from 6:00 a.m., Monday, December 8, 2008 until 11:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2008, by striking out "5:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008" and substituting "1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2008" and by striking out "11:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2008" and substituting "2:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2008"; and The Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, confirm and ratify the actions of the following Minister: To be Acting Minister of Agriculture from 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 15, 2008 until 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2008: the Honourable Ronald Chisholm.
