Order in Council 801/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 1264/2020, effective September 3, 2020, Ulana Pahuta of Toronto was appointed as a member of the Council of the College of Early Childhood Educators;

And

whereas , Ulana Pahuta has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 8(2)(

b) of the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007 , Order in Council 1264/2020 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
