An Act to provide for an Oath of Allegiance for the Members of the Legislative Assembly Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows: 1. A member of the Legislative Assembly shall not sit in the Assembly unless the member has taken the following oath: I, ( full name of member ), pledge my loyalty and allegiance to Canada and to Her Majesty Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, and pledge that I will perform the duties of Member honestly and justly in conformity with the Con- stitution of Canada. 2. This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent. 3. The

La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour où elle reçoit la sanction royale. 3. Le
