Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 14, 2006, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 5.2 acres, more or less, situate at or near Lower Harmony, in the County of Colchester, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to John R. Whidden and Emily Whidden, of Lower Harmony, in the County of Colchester, for the price of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
