Attorney Gene PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Cotincii-No. 729 , Approved and Ordered MAY 1 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, ORDERS that all the right, title and interest of the Crown in the personal property of Krao Mines, Limited (Non- Personal Liability) (Inc.No. 0010667) (the "Company"), which Company was dissolved on April 30, 1979, be transferred to KRAO MINES LIMITED (Inc.No. 0519878), without further instrument of transfer; AND FURTHER ORDERS that all the right, title and interest of the Crown in the real property legally described as: Lot 93, Kootenay District known as the "KRAO" Mineral Claim and all minerals precious and base (save coal) therein (the "Land and Minerals") SUBJECT TO: Right to Purchase No.: KN109283 in favour of Yale Mining Company Limited be transferred to KRAO MINES LIMITED (Inc.No. 0519878), without further instrument of transfer, on the condition that Krao Mines Limited (Inc.No. 0519878) continues to locate the shareholders of the Company for a period of two years from the date of the granting of this Order and that any income or sale proceeds derived from the Land and Minerals shall be held in trust by Krao Mines Limited (Inc.No. 0519878) and upon the expiry of the two year period distributed on a pro rata basis to the known shareholders of the Company and any excess funds shall thereafter become the property of Krao Mines Limited (lnc.No. 0519878).
