OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated March 6, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Immigration entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Canada on information sharing that includes general provisions in the form set forth in

Schedule “A”, and a Memorandum of Understanding on the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

Chapter in the form set forth in

Schedule “B”, both forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
