Order in Council 101/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Gerald J. Tracey of Eganville

be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Bonnechere Valley Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from February 14, 2023.
