Order in Council 1429/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Matthew Letourneau of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending February 27, 2023.

Further,

whereas Matthew Letourneau was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 28, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 161/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 161/2020 be revoked effective September 12, 2020.
