OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 28, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective January 16, 2024, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement with Justice Canada from 2023 to 2028 to continue the Nova Scotia Court Monitored Drug Treatment Program, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
