OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Justice dated August 29, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 12(1) of
Chapter 30 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Barristers and Solicitors Act, and by letters patent under the Great Seal of the Province of Nova Scotia, is pleased to appoint Edward K. Rowan-Legg to be during pleasure, a provincial officer under the name of "Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law in the Province of Nova Scotia".
