Order in Council 1129/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 45.14(2) and 45.14(3) of the Human Rights Code , Mary Joe Freire of Kitchener be appointed as part-time member and designated as Chair of the board of directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario on an interim basis for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending July 21, 2021.

Further,

whereas Mary Joe Freire was appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario for a fixed term of one year, effective February 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 293/2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 45.14(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 293/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
