Order in Council 850/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Ian Speers of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 8, 2024.
