Order in Council 1425/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Evelyn Spence of Ottawa be appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
