Order in Council 12/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Sandie Bellows of St. Catharines

be appointed as member and designated chair of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of two years and eight months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further that Order in Council 1111/2018 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
