B.C. Reg. 176/2006, deposited June 23, 2006, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY ACT [Section 45 (2)]. Order in Council 461/2006, approved and ordered June 22, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Railway Property Designation and Form of Transfer Regulation, B.C. Reg. 498/2003, is amended according to the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Subdividable Property Designation Regulation No. 9 in the attached Appendix 2 is made.
