OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works and the Minister of Justice dated June 6, 2005, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey parcels of surplus public lands containing 46.9 acres and 163 acres, more or less, situate at Sandy Point, Shelburne County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to the South West Shore Development Authority for the nominal fee of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
