OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 17, 2016, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a lease for Crown lands comprising approximately 20 hectares (49.4 acres), the exact location and area will be determined by survey, as shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, together with access over Crown roads shown as a bold and dotted line on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, to Van Dyk Blueberry Enterprises Limited, a Nova Scotia limited company, with its registered office at West Caledonia, Queens County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of cultivating and harvesting blueberries, for a term of 20 years including the right to renew the lease for a further 20 year term, provided that Van Dyk Blueberry Enterprises Limited has satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) executing such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
