OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Donna B. Franklin, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-472 dated October 10, 2002; and (
b) appoint Donna B. Ryan of Digby, Digby County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire October 31, 2007.
