Section 193 of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act , is pleased to make regulations adopting a statement of provincial interest regarding the development of the Nova Centre in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 6, 2013.
