Order in Council 160/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008

Richard Robarts, of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 , he be appointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years;
