Order in Council 2182/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Khurana was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective December 2, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1664/2015;

And

whereas Jennifer Khurana tendered her resignation effective September 29, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1664/2015 be revoked effective September 29, 2017.
