OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated October 21, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Immigration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Citizenship and Immigration Canada for the costs associated with the Province, Le Conseil de developpement economique de la Nouvelle-Ecosse (CDENE), and Federation acadienne de la Nouvelle-Ecosse (FANE) creating French immigration promotional materials and attending the Destination Canada immigration fairs in France and Belgium in November 2011, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on or after November 15, 2011.
