Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 260/2023 O10699543 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) the appointment of Siobhan Mary Clancy as an Execu tive Assistant in the Office of the Premier, made by Order in Council 260/2023, is rescinded, (

b) Siobhan Mary Clancy is appointed as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, (

c) Siobhan Mary Clancy is to be paid in accordance w ith the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Siobhan Mary Clancy. 305 May 16, 2023
