Order in Council 1478/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Cavanaugh of Consecon, reappointed by O.C. 1105/2022 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1105/2022 be revoked effective November 30, 2023.
