Section 59 of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the prescribed forms for the registration of domestic partnerships in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 4, 2001.
