On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Responsible Minister

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 330/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The table in

section 2 of the Responsible Minister Regulation, B.C. Reg. 330/2003,

is repealed and the following substituted:
