OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 23, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 191(1) and

Section 303G of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased: (

a) pursuant to subsection 191(1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, to approve an amendment made by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to a Ministerial order dated December 3, 2009, and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-5 dated January 12, 2010, respecting amendments to the Weights and Dimensions of Vehicles Regulations, N.S. Reg. 137/2001, to correct an erratum in the Ministerial order in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) pursuant to

Section 303G of the Motor Vehicle Act, to amend Order in Council 2010-5 made by the Governor in Council on January 12, 2010, respecting amendments to the Commercial Carrier Safety Fitness Rating and Compliance Regulations, N.S. Reg. 84/2005, to correct certain errata in

Schedule "B" to the Order in Council in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
