Order in Council 1392/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Black was appointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective August 12, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1038/2015;

And

whereas David Black tendered his resignation effective June 22, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1038/2015 be revoked effective June 22, 2016.
