OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 6, 1998, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to appoint Dr. William C. Hart of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality as a member, and designate him as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a term of office commencing September 26, 1997 and ending September 30, 2001.
