Order in Council 1640/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21(2) and 21(4) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020 , James Stephen Pengelly of Bath be reappointed as member and full-time chair of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective April 14, 2025.
