[section 64]. Order in Council 706/2002, approved and ordered July 26, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the amendments to the Drug Schedules as set out in the attached

Resolutions of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, dated February 1, 2002, are hereby approved. — S. HAWKINS,

Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia ("the Council"), made at Vancouver, British Columbia, the 1st day of February 2002.

RESOLVED THAT:

In accordance with the authority established in

section 64 of the Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 363 of British Columbia, the Council amends the Drug Schedules Regulation as set out in the attached schedule, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council. — Certified a true copy, L. LYTLE, B.Sc. (Phr.), R.Ph., CAE, Registrar.

Schedule

That, effective immediately, the Drug Schedules Regulation be amended by the deletion of:

3 Antipyrine for otic use only

2 Antipyrine for topical use only

1 Methacholine chloride

1 Nizatadine and its salts (except in oral tablets in strengths of 75 mg or less)

3 Nizatadine and its salts in oral tablets in strengths of 75 mg or less

1 Uracil mustard and its salts

And the addition of:

2 Antipyrine for otic or topical use

1 Nizatadine and its salts

1 Uracil and its salts

2 Gentian Violet

section 64 of the Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 363 of British Columbia, the Council amends the Drug Schedules Regulation as set out in the attached schedule, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council. — Certified a true copy, L. Schedule

That, effective immediately, the Drug Schedules Regulation be amended by the deletion of:

1 Ibuprofen and its salts (when sold in strengths greater than 200 mg per solid dosage form or per 5 mL liquid dosage form)

And the addition of:

1 Ibuprofen and its salts (when sold in strengths greater than 400 mg per solid dosage form or per 5 mL liquid dosage form)

3 Ibuprofen and its salts (when sold in strengths greater than 200 mg, but less than or equal to 400 mg per solid dosage form or per 5 mL liquid dosage form)
