b) and (3)]. Order in Council 386/2016, approved and ordered June 9, 2016.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the attached Property

Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 28 is made.

PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX EXEMPTION REGULATION NO. 28

Exemption

1 The transfers to Snaw-naw-as Holdings Ltd., Inc. No. BC0962528, of the properties

described below on January 15, 2016 are exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act :

Lot A, District Lot 156, Nanoose District, Plan EPP27509,

P.I.D. 029-292-166;

Lot B, District Lot 156, Nanoose District, Plan EPP27509,

P.I.D. 029-292-174.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to January 15, 2016, with effect on and after that

date.
