Order in Council 81/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Science North Act ,

Douglas Jeffrey Smith of Sudbury

be appointed as a trustee and designated as chair of the board of trustees of Science North to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of the date this Order in Council is made or January 19, 2026.
