Order in Council 284/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Dr. Bahram Gharabaghi of Guelph, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

[ Dr. Gharabaghi’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 2390/2017 expired January 12, 2021].
