OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 15, 1999 pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectable and to write-off any losses incurred in that determination, effective March 31, 1999, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such losses to the appropriation for the service in respect of which the losses were incurred, or to the Consolidated Fund, or to the appropriate reserve account: Department March 31, 1999 Business and Consumer Services $674,700.84 Economic Development and Tourism 35,427,719.98 Education and Culture 12,745.00 Environment 3,098.41 Fisheries and Aquaculture 253,771.01 Health 57.00 Housing and Municipal Affairs 361,970.58 Justice 899,748.35 Labour 1,002.26 Natural Resources 64,056.93 TOTAL $37,698,870.36
