Order in Council 419/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021 , Kevan Cowan of Toronto be re-designated as part-time chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his appointment as a part-time director, effective April 29, 2024.
