Order in Council 641/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act ,

Bruce Mackenzie of Grimsby

be re-appointed as part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of three years effective the later of April 11, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made.
