Order in Council 1323/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Patricia Meehan of Sudbury

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Patricia Meehan of Sudbury

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of one year effective the date this Order in Council is made.
