BALANCING POOL AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Minister of Energy (M.O. 64/2001) on December 20, 2001 pursuant
section 45.97 of the Electric Utilities Act.
1 The Balancing Pool Regulation (AR 169/1999) is amended by this
Regulation.
Section 2.1(3) is amended by adding "or by an arrangement" after
"regulations".
Section 7(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (g):
(g.1) any amount approved by the Minister for professional and other
costs relating to the development and implementation of the Act, amendments
to the Act and regulations made pursuant to the Act;

1 The Regulated Rate Option Regulation (AR 132/2001) is amended by this
Regulation.
Section 10(3)(
