OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated March 20, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after April 17, 2018: (

a) to give approval to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to enter into a Contribution Agreement with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order and the Contribution Agreement.
