Order in Council 2159/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 38/2016, dated January 15, 2016, Richard A. Boswell was appointed as a member of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford Police Services Board for a term of two years effective January 15, 2016;

And

Whereas Richard A. Boswell has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 38/2016, dated January 15, 2016, appointing Richard A. Boswell as a member of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
