Order in Council 1042/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Krista Libman was appointed a full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective April 18, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 777/2018;

And

whereas Krista Libman tendered her resignation effective May 7, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 777/2018 be revoked effective May 7, 2018.
