a) in the proposed definition "produit du tabac"; and (

b) in the proposed definition "produit du tabac aromatisé", in the part after clause (c); by striking out " tabac sans fumée " and substituting "tabac à priser ". Il est proposé que le paragraphe 2(1) de la version française du projet de loi soit amendé, dans la définition de « produit du tabac » et dans le passage de la définition de « produit du tabac aromatisé » suivant l'alinéa c), par substitution, à « tabac sans fumée », de « tabac à priser ».
