OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism dated August 26, 1998, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 34 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Bedford Waterfront Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Richard Hattin of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bedford Waterfront Development Corporation for a term of office ending August 20, 2001; (

b) designate Richard Hattin as Chair of the Board of Directors of Bedford Waterfront Development Corporation; (

c) approve the payment of remuneration in the amount of $200 for the Chair of the Board for each day spent at Board meetings; (

d) approve the payment of necessary and reasonable expenses the Board member incurs in connection with the meetings of the Board.
