B.C. Reg. 362/2006, deposited December 18, 2006, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 21]. Regulation of the Commissioner, dated December 15, 2006.

Under the powers conferred upon me by the Assessment Act , I hereby amend the Telecommunications Corporations Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 226/86, as follows:

Section 1 is amended by repealing the

definitions of "B.C.R.","B.N.S.F.", "C.N.R." and "C.P.R." .

Section 2 is amended by striking out "2006" and substituting "2007".

Section 4 (2) is amended by striking out everything after "using the" and substituting "rates set out in Tables 1 to 4" and by adding the attached Tables 1 to

Section 6 is repealed.

Section 9 is amended by striking out "$196" and substituting "$195".

Section 11 is repealed

7 Appendix A is repealed and the attached Appendix A is substituted.
